1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "ph684" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and gaming platform operated at ph684.net, including all associated web pages, services, features, and content.
- "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to ph684 and its operators, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
- "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph684 platform.
- "Account" means the registered player account created on ph684 through which the player accesses games and services.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's ph684 account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account by ph684 under a specific promotion.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ph684 and applicable regulations.

2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ph684 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ph684 platform and close your account. Continued use of ph684 following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph684. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
3 Eligibility
To register and use the ph684 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino platforms in the Philippines. ph684 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted at the time of play.

- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph684, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ph684 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
Age Verification: ph684 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
4 Account Registration
To access ph684's full range of games and services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one ph684 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph684 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph684 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- KYC Verification: ph684 may require you to submit identity documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
- Account Updates: You must promptly notify ph684 of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.
5 Deposits & Payments
ph684 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
- All funds deposited into your ph684 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Deposits are generally credited to your ph684 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. ph684 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- ph684 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- ph684 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
ph684 does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must be conducted through the supported digital payment channels listed above.
6 Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their ph684 account subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph684 account holder. ph
684 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of your registered payment method.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 banking days for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank transfers, subject to verification status and applicable review procedures.
- ph684 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
- Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
- ph684 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if the request has not yet been processed and you wish to continue playing. Repeated reversal requests may be flagged for review.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
ph684 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. ph684 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period.
- ph684 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8 Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply to all games and wagers placed on the ph684 platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. ph684 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, and player account status.
- In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph684 will apply its standard void-and-refund procedure. Bets placed during a verifiably disrupted round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
- ph684 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.
- ph684 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game conditions being displayed.

9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph684 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on ph684, or assisting another person in doing so.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph684 games or systems.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the ph684 platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with ph684's software, systems, or security measures.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph684 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
ph684 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review systems. Accounts found in violation will be suspended without prior notice and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the ph684 platform — including but not limited to the ph684 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph684 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph684 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph684 content without prior written authorisation.
- Use the ph684 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph684 platform.
- Create derivative works based on ph684 content or software.
Any unauthorised use of ph684's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by ph684.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph684 and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ph684 platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph684 platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond ph684's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors or internet service providers.
- Any decisions you make based on information provided on the ph684 platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or any other content.
ph684's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph684 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12 Responsible Gaming
ph684 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.
- Age Restriction: ph684 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We use age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ph684 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination
ph684 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- A regulatory requirement or court order requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
Upon account closure, ph684 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players may also voluntarily close their ph684 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
14 Amendments to These Terms
ph684 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph684 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered email address.
The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the ph684 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using ph684 and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph684, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ph684 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph684 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
